Working Student People & Culture, HR Operations, Recruiting & HR Marketing (m/f/d)
Einleitung / Teaser
As a Working Student (m/f/d) People & Culture, you will support our team across HR Operations, Recruiting, and HR Marketing. Working closely with our People & Culture Business Partner, managers, and colleagues from different departments, you will contribute to exciting projects, support recruiting activities, help strengthen our employer brand, and gain insights into integration and change initiatives as we continue to grow.
You will work with modern tools such as Personio, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence while taking ownership of your own topics from day one. If you are digitally savvy, enjoy working independently, and are excited about connecting people, processes, and technology, we would love to hear from you.
Work flexibly from anywhere in Germany. We particularly welcome applications from candidates based in or near Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt, Berlin, or Ilmenau. To help you get off to a great start, you will spend a few days with our team in Dresden as part of your onboarding.
